Refund Policy

At EduLink, we aim to provide a reliable and positive learning experience for both students and tutors.

Session Cancellations

  • Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or lesson credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not refundable, as the tutor has reserved that time.


Missed Sessions

  • If a student does not attend a session without prior notice, the session is considered completed and no refund will be issued.

  • If a tutor fails to attend or experiences technical issues on their end, the session will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no cost.


Packages

  • Refunds for package cancellations depend on how many sessions have been used.

  • If you cancel a package before any sessions have been used, you may be eligible for a full refund.

  • If you have already used some sessions and choose to cancel the remaining sessions, the sessions already used will be recalculated at the standard (non-discounted) rate. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

  • This ensures that the discount applies only when the full package is completed.

  • Technical Issues

  • If a session cannot take place due to platform or tutor-related technical issues, we will offer a refund or replacement session.


Special Circumstances

  • We understand emergencies happen. Requests for exceptions can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the EduLink team.
