Refund Policy
At EduLink, we aim to provide a reliable and positive learning experience for both students and tutors.
Session Cancellations

Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or lesson credit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not refundable, as the tutor has reserved that time.
Missed Sessions

If a student does not attend a session without prior notice, the session is considered completed and no refund will be issued.

If a tutor fails to attend or experiences technical issues on their end, the session will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no cost.
Packages

Refunds for package cancellations depend on how many sessions have been used.

If you cancel a package before any sessions have been used, you may be eligible for a full refund.

If you have already used some sessions and choose to cancel the remaining sessions, the sessions already used will be recalculated at the standard (non-discounted) rate. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

This ensures that the discount applies only when the full package is completed.

Technical Issues

If a session cannot take place due to platform or tutor-related technical issues, we will offer a refund or replacement session.
Special Circumstances

We understand emergencies happen. Requests for exceptions can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the EduLink team.
